Organizational Climate for Creativity and Innovation

The purpose of this survey is to assess and analyze the work environment for creativity and innovation. This instrument will help to identify some of the key factors that contribute to the generation of new ideas and their successful implementation as projects in organizations.

The items of this questionnaire relate to your current work environment in which you presently do most of your work. Therefore, you can evaluate the work environment either in the department or in the whole organization where you work (whichever is closer for you). Depending on your choice, the term ‘workgroup’ and ‘management’ used in this questionnaire will relate to either your organization or local unit, e.g. your department. If you choose to evaluate your department or other local unit of your organization, please make your evaluation for this unit answering all statements and questions below.
